RANKED #1 of 27 GHSA Associations in the State of Georgia for 2019, 2020 and 2021(Three Consecutive years)!  A professional organization, Middle Georgia Basketball Officials Association (MGBOA) is located in the heart of Georgia.

Currently we have over 120 members in our organization that cover Georgia High School Association (GHSA) assigned schools, Georgia Independent Athletic Association (GIAA) and Georgia Association of Private & Parochial Schools (GAPPS). Our group is comprised of men and women who are dedicated to providing quality officiating for Georgia schools. 

NOTE: We do not book any recreation basketball. Our mission is to recruit and maintain the finest basketball officials through our training, professionalism, and commitment to MGBOA.  Our goal is to train you on the latest rules & mechanics as mandated by the National Federation of High Schools (NFHS), promote sportsmanship in conjunction with the GHSA, GISA, and GAPPS, as well as provide the highest caliber of basketball officials on the floor at all times.
